The biological kind of rusting, which is called oxidative stress, is one of the main reasons for chronic inflammation. It is a normal part of life, happens in all tissues and everywhere in nature. The moment the body can’t keep it under control, it starts to run rampant and becomes deadly.

This explains why people with high levels of oxidation, which is often caused by high degrees of inflammation, are susceptible to diseases such as infections, joint pain, digestive disorders, anxiety, headaches, depression, and food allergies. Nutrients like vitamins A, C, and E, donate electrons to free radicals, thereby interrupting the chain reaction and ultimately preventing damage.
