If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our websites:
We provide refunds at our own discretion and subject to laws and our policies that may be published from time to time. Refund will be provided if we find the request acceptable.

Subscribed from within the iOS or Android app?

The cancellation process is managed entirely by the respective App Store. The subscription can be cancelled through your iTunes/Apple or Google Play settings.

On Android device:
1) Please open the Play Store App
2) Tap on the icon in the top right corner
3) Tap on the Payments and subscriptions option
4) Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the Headway app icon.

On Apple device:
1) Please go to the iPhone's Settings
2) Tap on [your name] and choose the Subscriptions
3) Tap the subscription options related to the Headway app
4) Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button.

Subscribed through the website?
You can cancel your trial or deactivate the automatic renewal for your subscription by going to the link. To log in, you need to use the same password that you use on the app. If you do not remember the password, you can reset it in the application.

If you have a paid subscription and do not have access to the content on the app, you need to check whether you’ve logged in with a proper email address. To do so, please follow the instructions:

1. Go to the ‘Profile’ section in the app

2. Click on the ‘gear’ icon

3. Check if the email address is the one you used while registering.

If the email is wrong, you need to log in with the proper one. To do so, please follow the steps below:

On Android devices:

1. Click Log out

2. Click on the ‘Login with email’ option in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.

3. Enter your email address connected to the Headway account and password

4. Restart the app.
   

On Apple devices:

1. Click Log out

2. Click on the ‘Email’ icon in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.

3. Enter your email address connected to the Headway account and password

4. Restart the app.

If the email is the correct one and you still do not have access, please contact us via email support@get-headway.com, and we will check it for you.

We want to summaries constitute bundles of key book’s ideas and insights. The summaries themselves are original works that consist of books’ ideas. We use book titles to explain to users the ideas from which specific books our summaries represent. This effectively means that we use book titles to refer to the books as those of the authors. Such use is justified by the fact that without mentioning a specific book title it is impossible to identify a summary.
